A light enjoyable beer that doesn’t taste watered down. Five different malts are used to create a unique flavor profile while keeping the beer dry and light. With only 2 hop additions this beer has a pleasant clean finish.
4.5% ABV, 18 IBU’s
Brewed using 4 different malts and 3 hop additions. Dark crystal malt is used to create its deep color and low bittering hops are used for a unique hop flavor that doesn’t overpower the complex malt flavor of the beer.
5.75% ABV, 38 IBU’s
An unfiltered ale featuring citrus flavored hops. Balanced bitterness and light crystal malt makes this a “Drinkable IPA”
7.0% ABV, 55 IBU’s
A a traditional dark wheat beer. The familiar banana and clove flavor from the yeast is complimented by the addition of Munich and Carafa malts for a rich flavor.
5.5% ABV, 20 IBU’s
A lighter version of Wee Heavy which is a rich malty dark beer. This brew has a light roast flavor and a slightly sweet finish balanced with earthy hops.
7.0% ABV, 25 IBU’s
Brewed with French malts and Abbey ale yeast. Lightly hopped with a subtle addition of coriander. This light bodied beer features pleasant floral and spicy flavorings.
7.0% ABV, 25 IBU’s
100% European Pilsen Malt recipe hopped with Pearl and Hallertau Hersbrucker. Traditional ingredients and lagered for over 2 1/2 months resulting in a combination of slightly sweet malt finish and balanced hop flavor.
5.5% ABV, 32 IBU’s
Our winter seasonal Oatmeal stout aged in a Buffalo Trace barrel for 5 1/2 months.
6.25% ABV, 30 IBU’s
100% European malt recipe hopped with Perle and Hersbrucker. Traditional ingredients and lagered for over 2 months resulting in a combination of slightly sweet malt finish and balanced hop flavor
7.0% ABV, 32 IBU’s
